Delete your account

You can delete your All Tyre Jobs UK account at any time. You do not need to contact us first.

In the app

  1. Open All Tyre Jobs UK
  2. Open the Settings tab, then tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@alltyrejobs.co.uk from any address, telling us the mobile number or username on the account. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the number before we act. We will complete the deletion within 30 days, and usually within two business days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • Your username, display name, mobile number, photo and profile
  • Your saved contacts and any private notes on them
  • Your profile photo, and the photos and voice notes you attached to job posts
  • Your notification tokens and device records
  • Your coverage-area and notification preferences

What is kept, and why

  • Messages you sent to other peopleremain in their copy of the conversation, in the same way a text message you have already sent stays on the recipient’s phone. Your name is removed from them, so they are no longer linked to you. Photos and voice notes you sent inside a conversation are part of that copy and remain with it, also with your name removed.
  • Jobs you posted stay on the feed with your name removed, so drivers who already accepted one are not left with a job that has vanished. They age off the feed normally.
  • Payment and tax records are retained by Apple, Google and our payment processor for the period UK law requires (currently six years). We do not hold your card details at any point.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — only the store can do that. Cancel it first:

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
  • Android: Play Store → your icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
