Terms of use

The service

All Tyre Jobs UK is a business tool for mobile tyre-fitters and vehicle-recovery drivers. Members and our operators post work to a live feed, and it provides in-app messaging and contacts. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with a customer or dispatcher, and the availability of any particular job is not guaranteed.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate mobile number and username. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share sign-in links. You may delete your account in the app (Settings → your name → Delete account).

Trials and subscriptions

New accounts receive a 10-day free trial. After that, continued access to accept jobs and related paid features requires All Tyre Jobs Pro, an auto-renewing subscription purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play. It is £99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid being charged for the next one. Prices are shown at purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google subscription settings — you can reach these from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for legitimate trade work only
• Do not harass, scam, spam, or impersonate others
• Do not post illegal content or scrape/redistribute the feed
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Any post, message, username or profile that is threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable will be removed, and the account responsible will be suspended or permanently removed.

You can report any job post using the “⋯” control on the post, and report or block any user from their profile. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. Blocking a user stops them contacting you.

Your content and your licence to use the app

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display your content to other users for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm you have the right to post what you post.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own trade use, for as long as these terms are in force.

Job posts

Job posts come from members of the community and from our own operators. Accepting a job opens a conversation with the person who posted it inside All Tyre Jobs UK. Job details can be incomplete or wrong — always verify before travelling. We do not vet the people who post work and we are not responsible for payment disputes.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for lost work, travel costs, or disputes with third parties arising from feed content or messaging.

Apple App Store

If you obtained the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and Vision Purple Ltd only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
